A Medical or Clinical Social Worker is part of the staff at World First Class Home Health, Inc. He or she will take charge of functions that involve:
- Referrals to Community Resources
- Grief Counseling
- Searching and Explaining Benefits
- Assisting Patient and/or Caregiver, Family with social, emotional and environmental issues related to patient’s health problems
